Golfers Trained

100+ from beginner to scratch

Ryan grew up in the game: 9 years of competitive play, 7 years coaching, and still active on local mini-tours. A baseball background taught him how much raw athleticism matters in golf. Time at the Sean Foley Performance Academy taught him how to practice, where he was exposed to top-level golfers from very different backgrounds. That's where he started to learn the individuality of every golfer and the importance of personalized routines and feedback systems.

He built Redline Golf Academy so everyday golfers get the same approach: one studio where your swing data and your strength programming talk to each other. The studio lives inside Red Line Athletics on Cleveland Ave, an 8,000+ sq ft sports performance facility, so the strength side of every session has the room and the equipment it needs.

What a session looks like

Fort Myers Golf Lessons:
One Hour. Four Movements.

Every session at Redline runs the same loop: measure where you are, fix what's losing speed, build the body that holds the fix, then prove it on the launch monitor before you walk out.

01

Baseline

Launch monitor captures clubhead speed, ball speed, smash factor, and carry so we know exactly where you start.

02

Swing Work

Forty minutes of hands-on coaching on the launch monitor. We fix the specific mechanics that are costing you distance.

03

Strength

Twenty minutes of golf-specific work: hip rotation, thoracic mobility, lead-leg stability, anti-rotation core.

04

Retest

Back on the monitor. Compare numbers before vs. after. Most golfers see 2 to 4 mph of gain in a single session.

Why both, every time

Perfect Mechanics
Won't Save You
If The Body Quits.

You can have a textbook swing and still leave distance on the table. If your hips can't rotate fast enough or your core can't stabilize at impact, the swing breaks down under pressure. That gap is what most coaches ignore.

Rotational power + swing efficiency = speed that holds up on the course.

Redline trains both sides in every session. Your swing gets more efficient AND you build the physical capacity to execute it at full speed, shot after shot. That's how golfers add 5 to 10 mph and actually keep it.

Forty minutes of swing-mechanics coaching with real-time feedback on the launch monitor, plus 20 minutes of golf-specific strength and mobility training. Throughout, the monitor tracks clubhead speed, ball speed, and carry distance.
A standard gym workout builds general strength. Golf-specific training targets the exact movement patterns the swing demands: rotational power through the hips and torso, shoulder mobility, thoracic spine rotation, lead-leg stability, anti-rotation core control. Every drill ties back to what the launch monitor is showing.
Most golfers see 2 to 4 mph of measurable improvement within the first 1 to 2 sessions. To hit the full 5 to 10 mph gain, the 3-session package or monthly program gives the time needed to lock in new mechanics under load.
